Hi everybody!
Just wanted to let you know that for the next couple of weeks I’ll be going off-grid – no blog, newsletter, Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter. 😱
I’m doing an intense creative course and I want to focus my energy and time, and to make the most of the program. (I’ve been struggling to do both the course and Louder Minds and feel I’ve not been doing well at either.) As you guys know, I like to go deep!
Then I’ll be back, refreshed and full of creative energy, to bring you more fun and helpful stuff for introverts.
Till then, happy introverting!
Michele
Enjoy Michelle, you deserve it 😌
Thank you Linda – that means a lot. 🙂
Good for you – we should all be doing that more often! I hope you get a lot out of the course 💙
Thank you Lindsay! I do plan to write about it and I hope to encourage others to try it too. 🌸
Totally understandable, and another good reminder for me.
Too many times I try to fit something new into my life without heeding the inner voice saying, “You’re gonna get burned out and exhausted unless you let something else go during this time.”
There’s enough on your site to go back through, re read, re hash, laugh some more, to keep me in introvert therapy for quite awhile! 😉
Enjoy your course! 🤗
Michele, u gwan & unplug. I’m eager to hear more about the creative course. U know, if u want to talk about it later. Spring is happening on the farm so lots of physical work here: still with time to shinrin-yoku with dog in early morning. Write on!
Wonderful!! Hope you give us some details when you come back.
I agree, your post is a good reminder to switch off and not take on too much. Every few months I consider taking up yoga (I’m the least physical person I know!) and each time I enquire I hear that voice (that Nancy mentions) telling me I will be exhausted. So I accept that it’s not for me, until the next time! After a day at work all I want to do is come home, wash off the day, and relax in my joggers! Solitude/relaxation is what recharges my burnt out batteries.
Enjoy going off grid Michelle!
