Hello my lovely Louder Minds friends!
Have you missed me? I’ve sure missed you guys.
I’ll fill you in on where I’ve been and what I’ve been up to in time – there’ve been ups and downs and soul searching and, I’m not going to lie to you, a LOT of Netflix and chocolate.
For now, I just want to let you know I’m back at my keyboard and happy to be sharing with you little postcards from my introvert life. 
So glad you’re back Michelle… I have missed you and wondered what had happened to you … I thought you had gone on to greener pastures…. it’s good to hear from you again. Looking forward to seeing your postcards
Thank you so much, Linda! I did venture onto pastures that I thought might be greener – but it was a trick of the light.
Still, I learned much about being a happy and confident introvert – and I can’t wait to share!

I’ve missed your nice quiet little Friday post! I found some helpful comfort on “Intovert, Dear”. But the humor isn’t there.
Anyway, I have to say how totally and completely I understand when you (or anyone) just has to check out. It’s one of those things that many friends and family members will never “get”. You get so mentally wiped out that you really don’t care what anyone thinks, except maybe your cat.
I have found that physical and cognitive cross brain paths. Therefore either one overdone causes fatigue. We tend to carry on because of others NEEDS!
All that to say, yes I miss my Friday posts, but I have absolute empathy! Whatever it takes!
Thank you Nancy for your kind words! I’ve never felt such a clear sense of rightness as I did when writing regularly for Louder Minds. I’m not sure how things will unfold this time around, as I have some different goals now, but I’m very happy to be back with you, and with our lovely little community.
