Every introvert needs their very own Introvert Survival Kit.
Here’s what’s in my personal Introvert Survival Kit:
- Comfortable sofa or armchair
- Favourite TV shows – Netflix, iTunes, or DVD box sets
- Having my phone nearby for random googling or texting friends or French exercises – but with the ringer off. 🙂
- A pile of books – fiction, biography, memoir, humour…
- Moleskine notebook and Lamy pen for thinking and planning and overthinking
- Being home and having some peace and quiet
- A glass of wine or cup of coffee – depending on the weather and time of day
- Snacks – yay!
What’s in your Introvert Survival Kit?
I enjoy painting on canvas when I have time…. work keeps me away from home and exhausted.
But one day I hope to work part time and then have time to work on my painting again :)…. Painting saved my life and my sanity :)!
I would love to paint Kimberly – it’s on my list of things to learn.
